Install was scheduled and done promptly. Nice young man was tidy and answered all questions. Now I just want to have no reason to call about the no clogs guarantee!
Do not do business with this company. They installed my gutter guards and they worked fine and they gave me a quote to remove them and reinstall after a roof replacement. I wanted to proceed, but could not get a callback after talking to customer service 3 times, emailed the guy who emailed me the quote 2 times and calling the fort Collins office twice. I finally gave up after 2 weeks. This is beyond bad customer service, there is something else going on with this company that is not good.
!!!!!SCAM ALERT!!!!!! I hate leaving bad reviews and complaining but this company is a scam and conducts themselves in a deplorable manner. They took advantage of my elderly father and charged an exorbitant rate for his small house. They sent several contractors out to fix the gutters that never worked. The contractors look at the gutters and say, “yup those won’t work” but they have never fix the leaking gutters. Great customer service from sales to installation. We've had a couple of significant rain storms since installation and Leaf filter worked great.
Sales and Service and Customer Support are all excellent. Product is providing exactly what was described during the sales conversation.
