Jim Mount was an excellent sales rep. He answered our questions and explained the process perfectly. The Installer, I believe his name was Dominic, was professional, polite, and thorough. Overall, a very positive experience.
Salesperson (Bryan) was awesome! Very helpful! Installation went great!! So far the new gutters have held up great with the recent rains.
I would avoid this company if possible. Their process may differ for installing gutter filters but their gutter cleaning services are terrible. Their technician arrived at 6:00 p.m. and then proceeded to simply scoop everything out of the gutters and fling it across the yard and sidewalks that surround the house. Additionally, huge branches were cut (without discussion) and then left, pressed into the bushes as if we wouldn't notice. Everyone was very professional. The in home estimate was painless and easy. There were a lot of discounts and when I made the decision to move forward, they got it installed within a few days. The installation person was very nice and did a great job. I am very happy with my purchase and I have a lot of piece of mind when it comes to to gutter issues. Thank you LeafFilter team!!
