Jake visited and provided me with extensive information about the significance of gutter protection and the necessity for repairs.
The installation process a few years ago went smoothly and we were happy. However, getting someone to show up to repair a leak (covered under the warranty) has been a nightmare. We scheduled someone for a Friday afternoon between 12:00 and 4:00, and my husband rearranged his work schedule to be available. The guy never came. We rescheduled for a week and a half later on a Wednesday afternoon between 12:00 and 4:00, and I took the afternoon off work to be available. The guy never came.
