The installation process a few years ago went smoothly and we were happy. However, getting someone to show up to repair a leak (covered under the warranty) has been a nightmare. We scheduled someone for a Friday afternoon between 12:00 and 4:00, and my husband rearranged his work schedule to be available. The guy never came. We rescheduled for a week and a half later on a Wednesday afternoon between 12:00 and 4:00, and I took the afternoon off work to be available. The guy never came. They charged me $1600 for about 40 feet of gutter protection.I feel this is a terrible rip off.
Forget this product! Was told I’d never have to climb ladders again and less than a year later, I have water flowing over the gutters vs the downspouts. Called them and they wanted $95 to come out and inspect (never verbally discussed). Next they said I needed to get on a ladder as leafs or shingle particles could be blocking their product….this is why I bought it in the first place, TO NOT CLIMB LADDERS AT AGE 66!!
