Red Flag! Red Flag! Buyer Beware! Extremely pushy salesman who came off as a snake oil salesman. Droned on and on with his "pitch" that was mostly throwing his competitors under the bus. Beware! Do not hire this company! This company is horrible. There is absolutely no customer service. Please read the Yelp reviews. I wish I had. Let me explain what my experience has been with them: The sales rep, Scott, arrived on the scheduled time to my home on August 6, 2025. He was very pleasant and he thoroughly explained the gutter filter system and the services they would provide, e.g., gutter cleaning, installation, etc. I agreed to the quote for the service and signed the Customer Agreement. This is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had lately. The sales rep, Roman, showed up on time and did a review of the house and gave us his recommendation. He originally quoted us over $13,000 for only two sides of the house. The other two sides already have leaf filter gutters. When I explained that money was an issue because my dad recently passed away, he came down to $9000. Again that’s only for two sides of the house. I like the fact that the gutters are wider than most gutters. The gutters were put in on time and the person installing the gutters did a great job. I had put off buying the gutters for a long time (because of cost) but I think paying a little more for Leaf Filter was definitely worth it. Thank you, Leaf Filter!
