After installation, we received quite a few days of intermittent rain with enough heavy rain to see that LeafFilter does work. LeafFilter does the job of catching the roof water runoff and directs it into the rain gutter for draining. Water does not "run over" the gutter. LeafFilter is the only gutter filter that I have seen that can do that.
I had a good experience with the sales person and a very good experience with the installer. I had to negotiate hard on pricing and wish that the sales presentation was a little less cumbersome. The product so far, after a couple weeks, has worked as it should.
The rep that came out here was nice enough I guess but good lord are they insanely expensive- almost $12,000 for my entire small house. Thankfully I ended up finding another nice reputable company that's doing it for only $1,300 (that's over $10,000 CHEAPER for the price they're charging you could have multiple houses fitted for gutters). So do yourself a huge favor and DO YOUR RESEARCH don't just jump at the first place you talk to because it seems companies like this are just trying to squeeze you for all your worth. The crew showed up and got right to work taking down the old gutters and replacing some damaged fascia board. They wrapped all the fascia board in aluminum before putting up the new, larger gutters. I no longer have to worry about leaky gutters or cleaning gutters ever again! My neighbors have commented how nice the house looks with the new gutters.
I signed the paperwork and the gutters were installed the following day! My sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful with me choosing LeafFilter Gutter Protection. Installers were efficient and helpful with choices I made with the downspouts.
