I was told they would haul the gutter debris away, but they just threw it in the yard. I was told they would clean out the down spouts, but the first rain we had a lot of leaf debris wash out of our gutters. Not sure if they are cleaned out. I was told they would use ladder guards but they just laid a ladder against the gutter. I was told they would add more support and ensure the pitch of the gutter was correct. They did none of that.
