I hate to leave a negative review. But they deserve it. I have called them several times to clean the gutter. I was extremely patient with them. They sent out a staff to address it, however he was not equipped to address the task. The staff said he was not equipped to do the job and that he would return to do the job. Then weeks go by and I don't hear from them. I call them again and this time they schedule me and and never show up. Not only they did not show up they did not even call me. Leaf Filter ROCKS! My experience, sales through installation was flawless. From purchase through installation was 2 days!!! We are completely satisfied and have probably saved us further damage to our gutters, roof and home. I like that Leaf Filter is NOT a “franchise” run company. All involved are EMPLOYEES of Leaf Filter. To me, THAT made the difference!!!

Three years later, I absolutely hate this product. I spend more time cleaning the gutter guards than I would have without them. I've had such a terrible experience with this product, the customer support, and the installation process. The sales guy just wants to make the sale and doesn't care if it'll be a quality job. My old gutters had an older product called gutter helmet, and it was a flawless product.
