Gutter guards started warping within 3 weeks. Installation was so poor it's now causing water to pool right in front of our home, the opposite of what we paid for. We finally got a repair appointment scheduled, and the technician never showed up & never rescheduled. We've called every single day for a week and emailed repeatedly asking for a refund. EDIT: I decided to cancel due to cost. Although Corey and Leaf filter were fabulous in person, once I decided to cancel to postpone until next year, they have bounced me around for weeks. The cancellation contract says I should get my deposit back within 10 business days. It has been 3 weeks since my cancellation with no deposit in site. No one at Leaf Filter knows how to help and just pass me along to different departments for weeks. They send emails and tell me I will get a call back with no call. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I'm writing this for anyone researching gutter guards. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone I know. 1 week after installation, their product started to warp; they destroyed the flow of one of my gutters; the water runs off the gutter now...I called immediately and have been bopped around like a ping-pong ball for four weeks with zero resolution or help...A "lifetime warranty" is a very compelling sales pitch, but once the deal is done, you are clearly dead to them.
