Installer installed my gutters incorrectly they leak from behind. Fall 2024. Now there telling me my facial board is rotten and needs to be replaced before they can fix. They are willing to fix it but only if I pay them more money to replace the rotten boards. If they were so rotten now they had to be rotten before they put the gutters up. Now I'm out more money to replace the boards and have the gutters redone. I dont believe they will do a good job fixing the gutters. I will never use this company again. I am extremely happy with the salesperson to the install, everything went very smooth, I am impressed.
I submitted a request for a basic gutter cleaning ($100–$200 job), and my info was forwarded to LeafFilter. Instead of providing a quote, the salesman (Paul) launched into a long-winded sales pitch for gutter guards—starting at $5,500 and dropping to $1,500, clearly just trying to land a big commission. He insulted competitors’ products and insisted their design was superior because it’s patented.
