I had a salesman come to the house and told him I was a first time home owner. As soon as I said that, he asked how old I was and began to measure the home. Shortly after measuring the home, he talked about how their product is the best thing in the market compared to competitors. According to the salesman, I was supposed to be charged about $11,000 for gutters and their filter system. The salesman that came was on time, knowledgeable and professional. Install went as expected and I didnt pay a dime until I approved of the work done and was satisfied. The new updated leaffilter system has worked in the super heavy rains we've had. Had a quote from Leafguard and was triple that of leaffilter and didnt seem it would work for heavy rains. Guards from store didnt work the first time I put something up
Installer installed my gutters incorrectly they leak from behind. Fall 2024. Now there telling me my facial board is rotten and needs to be replaced before they can fix. They are willing to fix it but only if I pay them more money to replace the rotten boards. If they were so rotten now they had to be rotten before they put the gutters up. Now I'm out more money to replace the boards and have the gutters redone. I dont believe they will do a good job fixing the gutters. I will never use this company again.
