My salesman Billy was very nice and very knowledgeable about the stairliftand explaining everything good! He's a very nice gentleman! Jeff the installer was very fast and efficient on installing the stairlift in a timely matter.He was also nice and showed me how to operate it and answered my questions.He was very neat and picked up the mess.!
After giving his pitch and having us sign a contract, our salesman, Billy, used our restroom but left urine in the toilet, the seat up, and likely didn’t wash his hands before shaking my hand, my father’s hand, and high-fiving my young children. Beyond that, he seemed frustrated when my husband, an electrical engineer, asked technical questions about the chair lift, and required someone who is licensed to install the lift as their installer is not licensed, insured or bonded. I talked to the LeafFilter reps at the Lincoln Home Show. They called for an appointment even before the Home Show concluded. The sales rep was at my home the day after the Home Show closed and the LeafFilter system was installed within 3 days. It was all lickety-split and I couldn't have been more impressed. I highly recommend them!
I received a quote from leaf filter in 2023 and due to a delay in getting my roof redone they had to wait until December 2024 to get the work done. They also had a significant modification to one downspout that took several hours to implement. The price did not change. They stuck by their original estimate. I feel that is outstanding service above and beyond the call. Kudos to Bobby and his team!
Satisfied with the work. The cost was misrepresented. Was told it would be $66/mo for 5 years. My second bill (financed through Wells Fargo) showed a finance charge of $17.89. I guess it will be levied forever and will mount up and compound and take longer than 5 years to pay -- if I don't pay it monthly in addition to the $66. I cannot afford more than $66/mo. I'm looking at a bankrupt estate. I'm disappointed in Leaf Filter.
