Absolutely terrible experience! Was convinced to let these people come and do an estimate through Lowe's home improvement, and I accepted the bid, only to have the job not be completed, no downspouts put on the gutters, with the water pouring directly at my foundation! SO I had to do something to mitigate the problem, and have now spent over a month trying to get them to reimburse me for the equipment I had to purchase. Can't get a manager to reply or call me back or send somebody to mitigate the problem either.
Dan and his team recently installed a 6K fascia style gutter system with their patented Leaf Drop outlets on our home. They did an excellent job! They were prompt and on time with great communication throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them.
Dan is personable, professional, and responsive. His team is reliable, punctual and great communicators. Evan was able to do the gutters and spouts in a day and even came back to fix problems that were created by the siding company after the install at no charge. Highly recommend!
LeafDrop installed new gutters on my house back in 2020, I have never had an issue, and I have been pleased with the gutters and installation. I learned in January after having the gutters cleaned that a few of the corner seams were leaking or had the potential to leak. Out of curiosity I contacted LeafDrop regarding if these leaks were covered by warranty, I was fully anticipating hearing that the warranty had expired, and Dan told me I was still good! I had LeafDrop install new aluminum gutters on my house 6 years ago. With the rain and wind this winter, a couple of places started to pull away from the fascia board. I called LeafDrop and they came out, explained how they’d improved their fasteners, fixed the problem, and inspected other areas for potential issues. Service was quick, courteous, and at no cost. I’d recommend them 5 stars out of 5! Great company.
