Terrible experience don’t waste your time. There are 100 better spas then this.
Checking in was easy and the staff was friendly. Erin did my facial and was amazing - it was relaxing and a wonderful experience - I would give her a 5. I’ve had regular massages for over 40 years and this was one of the worst - I wanted relaxing and felt like I was a turkey being basted and kneaded with oil. Also using your elbow down my spine and on my neck at any time is an absolute turn off for me. If I wanted a deep tissue sports massage i would have signed up for that. Everything was a joke! I booked a 80 mins body treatment with a beautiful name something spring.The service is not worth the price! My massage was a joke,she would take a break doing something else every five seconds (moving the chair, getting the towel, wash her hands, slowly fixing the blanket all the stuff she could think of doing to not focus on massage). I have been to many luxury spas and this is NOT one of them! Way over priced for the most basic (bad) massage. You are basically paying for the nice facility and esthetics. I do NOT recommend.
To start, I have been to many luxury hotel spas all over the world & never had this bad of an experience. The man who did my massage, Chris, gave the worst massage I have ever had. His fingers were so dry & rough that they scratched. Also, it genuinely felt like this was the first massage he had ever given. He used little to no pressure after I asked to increase and he just like lightly rubbed my back? Very confusing. Regret not going somewhere else.
