Just wanted to make a comment on a recent appointment we had. My son gifted us a couples massage for our anniversary and we got the chance to use it last Saturday. We called because we got turned around and was given the wrong direction and was running late for our appointment. We were told it was ok. When we got there we were not told at all that we were not going to get the whole treatment time my son paid for but instead only what was only the remaining time left. Staff were friendly, but the lounge area felt a bit cramped, and there were some cleanliness issues in the locker room. For the price, I expected a more polished experience.
