Very disappointed with my experience here! My appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge from 10 am to 9 am. Received a phone call at 9 am asking was I still going to make it to my appointment. Explained to them that my appointment was at 10. I had all the details that I had placed in my notes that the man who scheduled my appointment told me. I was absolutely so excited to come here and spend a spa day for me and my boyfriend. I was able to get a discount Groupon for us which was a little over $400. When we walk in the staff was nice … i was told to get there 1 hour early via phone. Staff requested us to dress in a robe , half the lockers were missing robes and finally when i found one it had sandals that were the same foot… I get there an hour early… and end up waiting a very long time in the “zen” room . Just had the couples massage and I highly recommend for anyone or couple who are looking for a retreat away from a busy lifestyle. Trina was my massage therapist and she was phenomenal!
