Poor quality for installers who did the composite tiles and base installation. The caulking material used is already getting black spots in four weeks after put in service. The glass installation folks were excellent
Sales Representative Hairong Minzes was very deceptive and misrepresented the product I needed in a tub with greater seating space. She claimed the tub I was purchasing did not have the Lumbar angle and was molded straight down the back wall. She did not explain the penalty for cancellation after 3 days of the signing of the contract, and she was just interested in having me sign her computer screen in several places. Leaf bath did a great job on my bathroom's, it was done very professionally and the workers were great and very friendly. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐
They took out our old shower and found incompatible plumbing, so therefore needing to cancel the shower installation, however, they ghost you and make it so difficult and stressful just trying to cancel the loan for a shower that didn’t happen. Still trying to get Jason to confirm canceling everything so we can move on and try to figure out what to do with our gutted bathroom. Tried calling Frankie but no response or call back. They don’t care.
Frankie was very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns.
