The two individuals that came out to work with us were well versed. They were very familiar tge veteran benifit of HISA. Showed willingness to help push the paperwork through. Kevin sat down and deep dived the current guidelines on HISA to verify what was needed. They offered better pricing than the other companies that were contacted. Finally they felt like they were trying to help solve the problem, not upset my dad for something he didnt need.
