When the leaf home representative came to our house, it was like talking to a sleazy used car salesman with no self-awareness. He made up stories of shower glass shattering and cutting into people's arms due to the poor quality others use and bored us with maps of the Austin area showing how many people used the company. On thier first visit the leaf rep offered a bid of $18,000, to replace a shower stall only. Not a full bath remodel, the shower only. When i showed him a bid from another company for only $12,800, he said without batting an eye, "we can do it for $13,000. So he dropped the price 5k on the spot. I said ok please give me a written estimate. He stated I would have tge estimate in 24 hours. Update… Bathroom still not completed, no one returns calls. Don’t make the same mistake I did, choose another company. If I could give this company zero stars I would. For the amount paid you would assume the work would be better quality. They are nice and helpful until the contract is signed. RUN!!! My husband and I are both disabled veterans, and this was suppose to help our way of life but all it’s done is become a nightmare. Don’t make the same mistake.

Had the pleasure of sitting with Caleb from Leaf Home Bath, he helped me get a low barrier threshold shower for my husband so that he doesn’t have to step into the tub anymore. Very grateful he was able to help and highly recommend Leaf Home Bath!
