I ordered flowers for my wedding and they weren’t ready at the time they were supposed to be, then a person from the store reaches out to me and said they were not done, which was understandable. She texted asking when someone would be there to get them because she had plans with her family she needed to get to. Which I told her that she moved the time, not us. I live out of town and ordered flowers for a funeral in Delphos over the phone. I provided different ideas for the arrangement and they did a beautiful job! The card on the arrangement was generated on a computer. The font was very nice, professional, easy to read and the wording was all correct. Ashley was very helpful with the order and answered all my questions. They also provided photos of the finished arrangement, which I included in this review. Excellent florist and I highly recommend.
