Mr. Franklin Mendez has basically stolen my money. I ignorantly paid him a brokers fee upfront for an apartment with a management company who I later discovered hasnt worked with him in months due to unethical practices. Its been a month and Im still waiting for my refund that was supposed to take 10 business days. I have filed a complaint with the Division of Licensing Bureau and next will be a lawsuit. I cant believe people like this exist. But God is good and he will prevail.

They are very unprofessional. Quick to take your money and slow to refund it. They suggested some unethical things to get an apartment for me. After I applied for one apartment, they told me that it was rented out. I paid good money as application fees, too. Please don't use Leads Pro realty. You will lose both time and money.
