Both technicians (Alex Merino and Gustavo Rojas) were superb on Friday, 9/12/25 during the installation of a new faucet for the 2nd floor bathtub. They demonstrated the utmost professionalism and worked diligently until the project was completed. I reached out to Leading Edge Plumbing and Rooter to fix a leak in my bathroom tub and replace two tub spouts. They quickly shared appointment details and updates, and even sent the technician’s name and photo by text. Gustavo, the technician, showed up on time, looked professional, and wore shoe covers.
