The staff is incredibly professional and courteous. Helped our company work through a difficult time with personnel. We were able to add our latest addition to our staff permanently. Definitely will use Leading Edge in the future.

I'm disappointed because LeadingEdge Personnel totally ghosted me. They had good reviews compared to the other temp agencies and looked like they were more than just a glorified online job board. I signed last fall up on recommendation of a friend and everything seemed great at first. I was getting daily communication from them and multiple daily job posting notifications via email, text, and phone. I have been with Leading Edge Personnel since April. I am a certified teacher, but I wasn’t enjoying my teaching career. I left teaching and decided to find another career. I kept researching staffing agencies and Leading Edge seemed like the best choice. Well, almost 8 months later, I can definitely tell you, it WAS the best choice. LeadingEdge Personnel is by far the best staffing agency I have had the pleasure of working with. I have used other agencies in the past, but I have never had such quick responses or placements. The staff is amazing. I have already recommended this company to a few of my friends.

I honestly could not be happier with LeadingEdge! The staff is Amazing and always willing to help even going out of their way to assist in any way possible and the punctuality speaks for its self my emails are always answered within the matter of a few minutes or hours. Compared to other Staffing agencies I have been with this is by far the best. Sherry in the payroll department is especially amazing- she is always so quick to get back to me with any questions I may have and so patient. Thank You ALL for your hard work!
