Don't recommend renting from this company. Have had many issues with home since day 1. This last time had an AC problem. Guy came out to check only popped his head in the attic, still in ladder and said everything was fine. Ended having to go my self and fix a duct leak.
Emily Tien helped me through my short sale, she was very informative and responsive the whole process, she made this transaction very smooth and worry free for me. I highly recommend Emily for your real estate needs, I wouldn’t look anywhere else . I’m very grateful
Leaving this review after staying in a rental property with Leading Vegas Reality and our Relator/Property Manger Carina Reyes. If I can offer any advice, it would be to stay as far away from this company and Carina Reyes if you can help it. Multiple items that were listed upon move in as damaged at our move in date, such as blinds and screens, fridge, sinks etc, that were promised to be fixed, never was completed. Yuan @ Leading Vegas Realty has been nothing but a blessing since day one! They were very clear with me from the beginning, if anything breaks or needs maintenance to report it. Quick response and within 3 days my problems resolved. I'm currently renting but when its time to buy, Leading Vegas Realty is a must.
