Well that's where I work I've been there almost 3 years good place to work
I worked hard for this company had good numbers got along well with my coworkers yet they let me go with no reason. So I believe like one review said is that they play favorites and if they don't like you then they don't care who they fire for no reason.
My experience at LTC is a very good one I do love working it is very family-friendly do not discriminate and it is a very pleasant there's various opportunities to grow in learning pay
I have interviewed with LTC twice over the last few years. Both times for a manufacturing engineering position. One was a panel interview and another was a typical one on one. The interview itself went great on both occasions. I was given a tour, talked with the manager in depth about company culture, etc. Both times I was completely ghosted after the intevriew. Easy job, sometimes hard work, pay lacks tremendously, management plays favorites and if they personally don't like you, will do all in their power to push you out. 2nd shift-
