I had great experience with Dr.kalman. Got my wisdom teeth removed few years ago and I think he’s very knowledgeable and professional.
Doron Kalaman is the worst oral surgeon I have ever experienced. Extremely dispassionate and rude. I waited over an hour to see him to have my wisdom tooth removed and have a panoramic x-ray. When he finally strolled in, he said I shouldn’t take out my wisdom teeth, despite what my dentist and my later (much better!) oral surgeon recommended, and refused to examine me. Dr. Rosen is likable, intelligent beyond measure, and a specialist in headache and pain management. He is just the best. Willing to try new approaches. Very sympathetic. Gives you tons of time.
just emerged from dr. kalman's office after a dental implant procedure and I could not be happier. dr. kalman, his staff and his state of the art facility are all top notch. it was a much more pleasant experience than expected.
Thank God we found Dr. Kalman. We live in Manhattan and Dr Kalman recently opened a second office, here in the city. (Also has office in Queens, NY.) Believe-it-or-not > finding a trustworthy, affordable, patient-centered and mad-skilled dentist in Manhattan is not (and has never been / 30+ yrs in Manhattan) easy. Wow,what a fantastic oral surgeon!. Dr Kostakis and his staff made me feel so comfortable,not afraid and explained every procedure that was being done. i had a tooth extracted. Dr Kostakis is a pro at giving shots-the pain was nowhere near what i had expected. The procedure was done thoroughly but not too quick because the area needed to be totally numb. Dr Kostakis answered all my questions.He made sure i knew what was being done and the reasons why. I recommend everyone to come here!!
Dr. Rosen is a rare gem. And not only because Headache Specialists are so few and far between. His knowledge, compassion & bedside manner are simply unmatched. Even in the most dire moments, just talking to him makes me feel a bit better & more hopeful. He is an extremely skilled educator and that serves him well in a clinical setting as he completely involves his patients in their care/treatment plans. There isn’t enough space to explain all the reasons why I recommend him to everyone!
