Doing their bootcamp class. I am waaaay out of shape and coming off a broken leg from a few years ago with balance and agility issue. Although a lot of people in the class are super buff, the trainer never makes me feel like a whimp and after making him aware of the leg issue, he helped me alter some of the circuits. Very rewarding workout and it's awesome to complete more and more of it each time. It was a little intimidating at first but stuck it out and after about class 3, I got over the intimidation factor
Just joined boot camp classes!! Awesome class. Great workout!
