My furnace stopped working recently; turning on intermittently before eventually not working at all. A previous contractor came out the day before and thought there were loose wires and did have it running, but it stopped shortly after they left. Jim did an incredible job diagnosing an issue with my furnace, which turned out to be less than ideal wiring from the original install. He replaced our boiler system in just a few days, at a reasonable cost, and with personal care. He kept us informed every step of the way and put in an eleven hour day to make sure we had heat. I’m giving this company 5 stars. I have not used them, but a technician gave me the wrong number for a company with the same name in Florida, and the lady over the phone was so kind while I was fuming over work that had nothing to do with them. Apologies to the kind person who I spoke to!!
