The lady in the office was very rude and condescendint to my girlfriend. If I were the owner I would fire her. She has no public relation skills at all. I believe they were contracted by Top Level Property management who are a questionable company. Long story short the secretary at this place was was rude and shouldn't be talking to the general public.
My AC stopped working the day before it was going to be 90+ degrees. I called Leading Edge HVAC, they came over, diagnosed and fixed my old AC same day. Jim said the repair may last 5 years of 5 days but we should budget for a new unit because it was so old (25 years old). He provided an estimate for a new furnace and AC, which included a partial refund on the repair.
