Avoid and squint at vendor relationships.
Finally had our first meeting and they think things are running smoothly. No maintenance in a few weeks ( i think they moved him to another property)trash all over the complex and we see nobody. Also our contractors haven’t been here in a week cause bills were not paid. Free for all Nice country club. I finally took it upon myself to empty the trash with one board member Maybe the new board members signing up and the others can do maintenance as there initiation project? We need Bar rescue here , but i think it’s too late
This association is horrendous!! Do not expect a return call or email if you have a question or issue. Apparently Ben Commons doesn’t even give his number to the office staff! Truly pathetic customer service.
It doesn’t deserve any starts this company steals money they need to go to prison Ben and his son are thieves They ruined our community Never hire them
I have lived in Normandy Park Oaks COA, Clearwater for seven years. We have has three property management companies during this time. Leading Edge never forgot to pay the bills, or collect our monthly fees or was responsible for our electricity to be turned off. Associa did that and Resource Property Management can't set up autopay for three months and counting. Heather and Ben Commons are exceptionally good property managers and their company is the best around.
