Our first floor unit in Penthouse Greens C recently was damaged by water flowing from a cracked drain pipe in the wall common to the two units above ours. Repairs are substantially complete. Our HOA President did a very good job supporting the repairs and us, and worked well with the mold remediation and restoration companies involved. Leading Edge was pathetically useless and absent during the entire effort as far as we, as owners, were concerned. They are professional and proactive in addressing issues before they become problems. They communicate clearly with both Owners and the Board. With all the new laws they help guide the board on compliance with Florida condominium laws, their expertise really shows.
leading edge has been slow and unresponsive regarding restoration of Surf Song Resort... It does appear that they do read reviews (14 so far) earning low scores most of the time averaging 2.4 stars. I encourage owners within condo associations they manage to post a thorough and honest review of your experience with them.
Avoid and squint at vendor relationships.
