Google reviews (114)Dr. Kaffey is kind, considerate and caring. He has a gentle touch. I went to him with a specific problem that another dentist could not fix. His gentle manner and recommendations were perfect for me. I have also had fillings and again I found him precise, gentle and caring. I would recommend him to all friends and family who live in the North Penn area.
Pains me to write an updated , bad review of this practice- I had such a positive experience when I was there. I went on 12/21/16, 2 weeks ago, for the Zoom white treatment I bought on Groupon. My teeth looked great when I left, however, after following all instructions, my teeth, now 2 weeks later, look the same, if not worse than they did before! I called 1/3, 1/4, and 1/5, was told I would get called back each and neither the doctor nor Kelsey returned my call this entire week. Very rude!
I had a cleaning with Vicki, and Dr Kaffey checked my teeth. I had lots of questions which they were able to help me with. An altogether very pleasant experience.
Dr. Kaffey and his staff are just lovely! Every time I go there, I have such an enjoyable time. The receptionists are so friendly and awesome! Dr. Kaffey and his hygienists are very thorough and informative. I recommend my friends and family to this office whenever I get the chance. Both my sister and I are patients there and will be for a long time!
The doctor was extremely informed, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. The staff also professional, kind and caring. Excellent dental care. The office was clean and the wait was not long. The results for zoom whitening were amazing!
Today I met Debbie. She's just as awesome as the rest of the staff. I love everybody there. I never thought I'd like going to the dentist as much as I do now. They are like family!
