Everyone was pleasant and took their time to make sure everything went perfect
Even though I just went to this office for a Zoom whitening procedure from Groupon everyone was friendly and professional. The doctor and staff gave me good information and explained the whole procedure as we went along. Results were very nice. I would recommend this practice.... Sharon White
Staff is always very friendly, especially Vicky. Dr. Kaffey has an excellent "chairside" manner. He takes to the time to make sure you understand what procedures you need and why you need them. Staff always works with me regarding insurance and making sure I know what levels of coverage I have. That alone is reason enough to use them. Everyone who works there is always in a good mood which says a lot about the working environment.
Appt. on time, this was final stage of difficult root canal. Easy peasy. Cap made didn't require any adjustment, it was perfect to fit and overall for bite. No sanding or blasting needed. Feels great! Thank you Gang at LDS!
I had my 6 month dental check-up and cleaning and as in my many times before, my appointment was on time and completed without any hassle. The staff is always very thorough and friendly.
