Left a deposit was told it was refundable as long as I didn’t set a schedule date . Called to get my refund was told I’d get a call back and never got a call back . I called again the next day and was told I’d get a call back later that day or first thing Monday from the owner . Now it’s Thursday almost a week after and I had to call and the owner who obviously knows who I am right away when he answers the phone . Talk about customer service! Josh (the owner) had me come in to discuss pricing and packages. He was super helpful and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I got shocks for the front and back including install. Will definitely be coming back.

If you're looking for top-notch off-road service, look no further! Josh, the owner, and Carter are absolute professionals. They were incredibly patient with my specific requests and went above and beyond with my Jeep. I dropped it off at 8 AM, expecting a two-day turnaround, but they had it ready by 3:30 PM the same day—talk about efficiency! Brags about being a local hard working business that does right. I took my wheels down to get mounted , just standard superduty wheels and they ended up scratching the first wheel and couldn’t even put any of them on. The wheels are discontinued and I can’t get another. They didn’t want to help me at all or didn’t bother with anything and still wanted to charge me . Off-road shop that can’t even change tires lol
