Everyone was so helpful and very kind from the moment I stepped through the door. My interview with Stacy was very informative and encouraging, I told her my preferences of work and she took each one into consideration. During the course of my interview with Stacy, she informed me of a few other options that I could consider that would better benefit me. Overall my experience was spectacular. Sucks...they hold you for an hour just to tell you there are no openings and they are not very organized at all. They are slow. Better off going somewhere else
My initial experience with Leaders Staffing was not great.. I interviewed for a position in a factory close to my house (wonderful) but when I was interviewed I was told that I was going to be on first shift, got a call from Leaders Staffing later that same day and was told that I was going to be on second shift. Don't go there they rip you off... Don't pay you s**t! And take over half your pay!!!!!

Ryan, telling your supervisor will not solve your pay issue, you need to talk with the staffing coordinator you worked with in Fort Wayne to help you solve this issue, usually there is a logical explanation. Did you take a look at your pay stubs? Leaders Staffing does not deduct anything from their employees paychecks other than what is agreed upon by the employee, i.e. drug screens, safety equipment, uniforms, etc.
