In my opinion, this company is completely untrustworthy. They raised our rent in the middle of the lease and claimed it was due to rising interest rates — something that felt unfair and dishonest. Maintenance issues were poorly handled the entire time we lived there, and to top it off, we never received our deposit back. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Don’t walk — run!”
