Better response from staff and not so much noise. They are the worst place to live because the staff takes care of nothing. You have to wait weeks sometimes months to get something fixed in your house that's their responsibilities. They don't respond to text well and almost seem to ignore your request. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Not too shabby
Rent is ridiculous, they say the do daily repairs but don't you hardly even see them in the park,every repair is pushed on to the tenants even though we are renting the property (driveway,trees,drainage) stuff
I purchased a mobile home here a few months ago and I must say it’s the best mobile home park that I’ve lived in!! It’s quiet and peaceful!! Over truly never felt as safe living somewhere as I do at Leaders!! The majority of the homes are well maintained and well kept!! If your considering this mobile home park, you will not be disappointed
