I had been to Leaderchip before, so last year when my laptop hard drive failed I didn't hesitate to take it there. They advised me to replace it with an SSD, which was great, but I said very specifically NOT to upgrade it to Windows 10, that I only wanted the same thing I already had due to the horror stories I had heard about W10. He upgraded it (if you can call it an upgrade) anyway, and I've been miserable ever since. He even argued with me about why I should just live with it.
