I had been to Leaderchip before, so last year when my laptop hard drive failed I didn't hesitate to take it there. They advised me to replace it with an SSD, which was great, but I said very specifically NOT to upgrade it to Windows 10, that I only wanted the same thing I already had due to the horror stories I had heard about W10.
