EXCELLENT AFTER-SALE ADVICE. Four years ago I purchased my Samsung from Leader TV. Last night I pushed the wrong buttons and screwed up the picture. I phoned Leader TV this morning. Both Kevin and Bob gave me instructions on how to restore the picture to its previous brilliance and quality. That's great personal customer service!

He was able to get a part for my TV in a quarter of the time it was expected from the manufacturer. I go to places for customer service and these guys have that down. Took my Pioneer plasma TV here, Kevin and Bob did everything in their power to salvage my TV. Parts that are hard to come by, but they persisted and eventually got my TV fixed. Highly recommended
