I called to get more information about insurance coverage. To my surprise a very rude woman whose name I wasn't able to get (probably Julie herself) picked up and made me feel unwelcome. I will never trust them with my child and you shouldn't either if they can't even be professional on the phone. 30 years experience in natural health has done nothing for her attitude. Incredible!
