I would give zero stars if it were a choice. DO NOT buy from this company. We bought a $200 gazebo pop up screen tent for a Christmas gift. The first time it was used (which was 6 months later) it tore in four places, one pole splintered, and the zipper broke. I contacted the company. They are not willing to replace the item or refund my money because it is over 30 days. They offered a 30% discount on another screen house. That would be ridiculous. The quality is low. The customer service is even worse.

Ordered a boat cover but it came without tie down straps. I have emailed customer service twice. Once on 12/6 and again yesterday. From the 1st email I got a reply that they would send them promptly. They never came. Hence the 2nd email - no reply. Don't order from them unless your boat is in an area with no wind.

They don’t honor their return policies, send out products with false descriptions, or accept returns of their products that don’t work right out of the box. I would not recommend this Company for any reason.

Would not cooperate for free return label after I requested to cancel order a day before they shipped the product. They shipped product anyway and now won’t assist with free return label. It will cost 130$ just to ship the item back to them. Terrible customer service and communication. Highly not recommended.

I ordered one $200 kayak storage rack. I was billed for and received Two! I cannot get a call back, so I've filed a complaint with BankOfAmerica to get a refund. What I would love is info from Leader Accessories on how to get this enormous and heavy 2nd shipment back to them AND to have the redundant charge of $199.99 taken off my credit card. Why can no one answer my phone calls!!
