I love this office the doctors and staff are wonderful, but you wait for hours no matter what. Be prepared to spend at least 2 hours if 3-5 people are in front of you. The efficiency of this office is a joke. If they had more exam rooms or would not have such a long time in between one appointment and the next they would be better. I have usually waited 2 hours on average. But this recent visit was ridiculous that I waited for over 3.5 hours and still had 4 dogs in front of me. I recently had to take my Great Dane in due to her nail being split into pieces, and doctor leadbetter answered all my questions and was very kind and compassionate.
I took my Puppy their to be spade. They were great, they also removed her back dew claws. However when I went for a bandage check a week later I was told no appt. just come in. I came in a 9:25am. not busy. two other people in waiting room, I left absolutely disgusted at 11:00 pm when I was never called back and people were coming in a getting seen before me. I drove from across town and took up my whole morning. Then I get a call at 1:30 in the afternoon to tell me my dog had missed her appointment. So I won't be going back... read more
