BEWARE! Person Frank didn't even want to listen. He just wanted your CC. Talked to another person. They obviously received the money when they no longer harass you, but they will ignore you when try to contact them for a receipt. Ignored phone call and email. E Z Learning is their other name.
I forgot to make my payments for my loan for about 6 months. I received an email about the past due amount. I explained my situation, and they waived the late fees and allowed me to take care of my account with very little effort. These people were awesome to work with and I would recommend them to any and all of my friends and family.
