Lead Genesis knowingly overbilled us after agreeing in writing to a monthly budget cap. We submitted a change order, received written confirmation from our rep that our monthly spend would be capped — and then Lead Genesis proceeded to send us DOUBLE the agreed budget in leads. When we raised the issue, they claimed we were responsible for shutting off leads manually — despite confirming in writing that they would enforce the cap. I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with Lead Genisis. We were sold a package of leads that turned out to be of very poor quality—many were outdated, unqualified, or completely irrelevant. From the start, it was clear the data was not what was promised. When I initially raised these concerns, I spoke directly with Glenn Dekovan. He acknowledged the poor quality and assured me that we would not be charged for the unusable leads.
