This was the second time I’ve have used this dealership’s service department! I was not disappointed! This is probably the best GMC service department I’ve ever used and I have been to many! I was walk in customer without an appointment, but was met with a big smile by Jill Baldwin and asked how she could help me! I needed an oil change and tires rotated! Got a 2022 Chevy 2500 duramax b4 I bought it they put new brakes and rotors and fixed a caliber on the front I might have drove it a 100 miles and there speaking bad and getting worse and worse leaching says the breaks r good but it will do that because they took the copper out of the shoes with new brake pads what a joke so the refuse to fix that second of all its got a shift to park error that comes up everything I turn the truck off a day after I got it home and there refusing to fix that because warranty won't cover it e... read more
