During the heavy rains we had at the end of January 2024 we had a roof leak that came through the ceiling in one of our bedrooms. We called another roofing company that came out to look at it. They saw the leak from the inside of the house, but did not go up on the roof to evaluate the problem. They sent us an estimate the next day, which was quite high and said it would take 12 - 14 weeks before they could do the work. After a week's worth of rain and hail, found water stains on my loft and kids' bedroom. I called Roy in the morning, and Roy came by at 7pm. He was able to determine the cause of the leak even at dark. He returned 3 days later and worked on my roof for about 4hrs. He removed and replaced a few cracked tiles, and replaced underlayments on two sections of my roof. Hired Roy Leach to do small repair. He inspected and quoted $250 but Roy sent an estimate for more. So I reminded him of his $250 price and he said he meant to quote $250 and revised the contract. He promised to send me photos of each stage of his work so I'd know what was done. He set the job on Saturday. He was up on the roof and left. Ever since he won't answer emails or texts. I recently had a leak coming from my ceiling and I called Leach Roofing after being referred by a family member. Roy came out the same day and was very professional, friendly and found the problem right away - it was a broken tile! He replaced the tile and the material underneath and the leak stopped. He is honest and very good in pricing; I will definitely be using him again for any roofing needs!
