Unreliable and not dependable. Called three times seeking to speek with a medical professional and every time i was told someone would call me but no one ever called. Very unprofessional seem like bunch of kids running around playing. Your health issues are not that important to them is what i gpt out of it
This place is a complete rip off, I went in for an annual appointment, standard blood work which is preventative care. It was billed out incorrectly and after speaking to both my insurance company, billing office for Lea Regional, and the actual doctors office I have been told that the claim was submitted incorrectly but there’s nothing that can be done and I have a bill for $4,066.60 for annual blood work. Be warned!!!! I’ll be filing a complaint with the insurance commission for the state of New Mexico.
