When I moved in yeeears ago this please was heaven. Since, it’s steadily declined while rent continues to increase. Mice have taken over very building. You can sit outside and see them running all around the buildings and into the utility closets. They come into the units through the stove, and the many holes around the water and gas lines coming into the units. Quiet, peaceful and convenient.
I've been here a little under a year and all I can say it's been a very positive experience.I love the lady in the office she is so sweet, and the maintenance guys are on fire you call about anything and poof he shows up by your door to correct it. The kitchens could be updated a little bit, but the apartment is very big and neat.I really enjoy it here.
