Last night, I discovered that Le Yaca in Williamsburg served me gluten twice. I told our server that I had celiac disease, and needed my food to be gluten free. I started my meal with French onion soup without croutons. It turns out the soup was poured on top of the tiny croutons, and I did not discover their existence until I was almost done with my soup. BY FAR the BEST restaurant in Williamsburg! I can't recommend this place enough! We ate here on a saturday night and didn't have a reservation, but we were seated very quickly in the bar area. The service was superb and the food was to die for. I got the lemon and butter chicken - Ahhhhmazing!

We knew it was going to be good after the bread arrived. Food was delicious down to the last bite. Chefs tasting menu was as good as you will find. Crab cakes will change your life. Great food with great service (thank you Charles) made for a wonderful evening.
