Watch the clock! My wife gave me a gift certificate for a facial. I arrived at 8:50 and was escorted to the massage rom at 8:55. At 9:40 I was told, 'you're done'. Then at the register, the lady asked me in front of the person who gave me the facial how much of a tip I wanted to leave - how crass! Especialy since I had been shorted 15 minutes of my one hour facial. My wife discussed my disappointment with the owner several days later and was told I was mistaken.
