Clean, consistent, accommodating. I've been coming here for years, which goes to show the trust I have in Le Unghie. Everyone is wonderful, especially Lily.
The young man, Felix, at the front desk is super unprofessional and rude!!!! Felix is known to sit and play video games the entire time and portrays hardly any professional social skills. I am a mom of two young children and seldomly have to bring them to my appointments. I bring activities for them to keep them busy. One of my children accidentally knocked over a small flower pot (cheap looking from dollar store likely) where a cup of soil came out, otherwise all in tact.
