I love Dr. Le, however his office Manager can be quite abrupt.
I like Dr. Le and the women at the counter have been pleasant except for the woman I believe is his wife. I would not recommend this doctor because 1, It is always an hour or more wait beyond the appointed time; 2, I had a really annoying incident where I called in to renew my prescription and the wife said it was taken care of but then it never got called in, then I find out I need to make an appointment to renew the prescription. Plus they never sent repeatedly requested records to my Gyno.
Dr. Le is genuine! He is very easy to communicate with. He doesn't try to rush you out or beat around the bush about what you need to do. The wait for me has never been too longer. I am very happy with the care I receive from Dr. Le!
Dr. Le is a pretty good doctor and I truly feels he is concerned with his patients care. However, the Chinese lady that I think is is wife is rude as hell. I am trying to get my mother in for an appointment and asked if she new of an ambulatory service and she said no we dont to that and you are going to have to find another doctor. I am going to give her a piece of my mind when I see her again.
I just returned from my appt which was scheduled for 9:30 this morning. I arrived 15 mins early and there were about 10 people already waiting for the doctor. At 10:00 I was called to the window for additional info. Since it was already 30 mins past I asked when I would be seen. The woman responded there were 3 patients ahead of me, it would be at least 45, because the doctor was ?really? late getting in arriving after 9:30. With no apology or anything from her, I decided to cancel my appt.
