Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes

Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

I've been a patient of Dr. Le Thi's for over two years. She is an incredibly caring physician who cares about her patients and takes the time to really talk to them. I see her for everything including gyn care. If you want a wonderful Dr. who will not make you feel like a number but a person, see Dr. Le Thi. The other physcians in the pracitce are great as well.

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
