TLDR: 3.5 stars, pho was underwhelming but fish cakes were really good. I got the lunch special for $25 which was beef pho, fish balls and Viet iced coffee. Checking in and paying with blackbird got me free fish cakes. The fish cakes were the best part of the meal. The Vietnamese iced coffee was slow dripped in front of me which is nice. The dishes are good but a little too salty.
Delicious fusion cuisine! Portions were a bit smaller than expected, but the menu has so many incredible dishes, I'll be back to try them all with a larger group!
Excellent pho and wonderful service. Will be back. Surprising for me to see such a beautiful restaurant in a mall.
Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our meal. Our appetizer came with a live worm and after showing the waiter he reassured us that they wash their produce and did not remove it from the bill. Our entree of the short rib was so greasy we decided it would be best to not eat it. The garlic noodles were the savior of the meal. Almost 100 dollars later, we left hungry and will no real acknowledgment or our dissatisfaction. I wouldn’t go back.
