I’m sure other technicians here are good which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. My tech (Vanessa, not that she introduced herself) was unpleasant and sleep deprived, she had no manners and for $140 set could have given me contact dermatitis. She was obviously rushing me so she could get out. She did such a sloppy job applying the gel that when she cured it , it burned me on each finger. Great service, I love the service and the staff
Beware of this place! If I could give them zero stars I would. Their tech did not speak English, and instead of cutting my nails a little shorter, he cut all the nails from one hand all the way short. After months of letting my real nails grown long, just like that he cut them all off. I was so upset. They proceeded to charge me for a gel manicure and French which is what I originally wanted but I did not receive.
