I was a longtime client, until recently, when my hair was damaged through over bleaching. It seems the stylist mixed me up with another client. I returned a few times for a conditioning treatment, and corrective color. None of it helped, and I was charged for each “corrective” service. There is no salon manager and the owner was not available, so there was no one to whom I could appeal.
