The best bridal shop around! During my first consult, Jordan and her team made me feel comfortable and let me play dress up. At the end of this appointment I had narrowed it down to 1-2 dresses that made me feel amazing and just felt right. I went back for a second appointment to purchase THE dress. Best experience ever. Kiera and Luci were the sweetest. The found me some great options right off the bat and made me very comfortable to speak my mind about what I did/didn’t like. They are girl’s girls for sure! I’m so glad I got my wedding dress here :).
Le Sel Bridal should teach a masterclass on customer service. It's easy to provide customer service when everything is going right, it's another thing to knock customer service out of the park when things are going wrong! I had some hiccups (designer's fault) with my dress, but Jordan, Kiera, and Le Sel went to bat for me, above & beyond fixed the situation, and I felt truly cared about my happiness as if I was their own family member. Bailey was beyond helpful and so sweet!! I had booked an hour and a half appointment not realizing by the end we were there for 3 hours she was so relatable, quick to help, and really made my experience one of a kind. I walked away with the best dress I could ever imagine and I can’t wait for our wedding 🫶
The shopping experience at Le Sel was very enjoyable. The shop is gorgeous and they had the best lighting and mirror set up of any of the shops I went to. It was my first time trying on dresses and Jordan pulled options based on my inspiration photos but offered suggestions I hadn't considered and ultimately really liked. She also really listened to my feedback and respected my budget.
