Kelsey is so kind and professional! I avoid hair cuts due to anxiety, and she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I absolutely love my hair, she does excellent work! I will definitely be back.
So I went in to speak to someone about how I wanted my hair colored and I was told to have a seat because she was on the phone with her brother...she could have asked him to hold or called him back...very disappointing and unprofessional....I won't be back
