We had such a wonderful stay here! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had an early Monday morning flight and needed to check out on Sunday — they kindly allowed us extra time to pack without any rush. After exploring the city, we had nowhere to stay overnight before heading to the airport, but the hotel graciously offered us a cozy room near the lobby. Très bon hôtel, l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le centre de Québec. Les chambres sont magnifiques, refaites récemment mais en conservant le style industriel, vraiment réussi. Lit confortable, salle de bain spacieuse. Petit dejeuner correct, un buffet avec un choix satisfaisant mais sans plus. Service parfait, possibilité de laisser les voitures au voiturier, pour 40 dollars par journée.
Beautiful room (stayed in the suite which was spacious), great continental breakfast, wonderful staff and perfect location. Love the vibe of the entire place!
The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. Valet service made parking hassle-free, and the staff were super kind and helpful. The room felt a little old and small, but it was comfortable enough to rest after a day of travel. Overall, a pleasant stay—I’d be happy to visit again!
